P = tekanan gas (dalam satuan atm)

1 atm = 76 cmHg

V = volume gas (dalam satuan liter)

1 liter = 1 dmĀ³

n = jumlah mol gas

 

R = konstanta = 0,082

T = suhu gas (dalam satuan Kelvin)

Kelvin = Celcius + 273
